What does our company do? What is our business model?

I was looking for the lowest acid coffee bean in the world because coffee always gave me heartburn. And so one thing led to another and I founded Black Label Coffee with the aim of offering absolutely low-acid coffees that are suitable for everyone.

We love delicious coffee that has virtually no acidity, which is why we have developed a particularly gentle and traditional drum roasting process that removes additional acidity from the coffee beans and brings out the full aroma. Our master roaster is a true artist who understands his craft like no other. He has received several gold awards from the German Roasters' Guild for some of his coffees.

Our high-quality coffee beans are all lovingly selected by hand and carefully inspected for breaks. Perhaps you have already noticed that there are hardly any irregularities or cracks in our beans? This is due to the careful quality control that every batch undergoes.
